Possible scenarios
No listing Exists (NLE): Out of stock ASIN with FBA Stock
The FNSKU (Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit) is a type of code that Amazon assigned to keep track of products and connect them to each seller.
Possible causes of an NLE:
Discrepancy between the SKU and ASIN
FBA offer does not have a Price listed
FBA condition is different from the MYI.
Inactive listings after they were cleared by Seller Performance for sale.
Make sure that there are no Compliance issues preventing them from becoming active
The common issues section will show if there are underlying issues
How to refresh and reactive a Listing
Save and finish
Find your listing in the Inventory > Manage Inventory and click the Edit button
Go to Vital Info> Product Name and add a Space at the end of the title
Wait a couple of minutes for the system to take the updates
Refresh the Inventory page (Control + F5) and check for the ASIN to be Active
Change Fulfillment Method
Click the Drop Down Menu next to the Edit button and Select “Change to Fulfilled by Merchant”
Wait a couple of minutes and change it back to FBA following the 2 previous steps
**There are some errors that the system will specify if you try to change the listing to FBA.
If the issue is related to compliance, please add an update to the task and attach a screenshot of the error requesting Compliance assistance to the coordinators.
Upload a Flat File – Partial Update
Download the corresponding Flat File from Seller Central and fill in the columns:
SKU
Product Id
Product Id Type (Make sure you are using the right ASIN/SKU combination)
Update_Delete making sure to select Partial Update
Brand Name
Fulfillment Center ID
Upload the Flat File, check the Processing Report for possible errors proceed to check the Status of the ASIN
* Make sure to add the correct information: ASIN ~ SKU
** If there is an inconvenience with the compliance team, the processing report will specify the cause.
Upload a Flat File – Full Update
*For Full Updates the Flat File specialist must include ALL the required fields which vary depending on the category. You can find the mandatory fields on the downloaded file and the valid values in the data definitions tab under required.
Please check the Valid Values tab and confirm all the information the BM provided when filling the file
Locate the listing(s) in the manage inventory and click edit to find the category.
Download the Category Specific Flat File for the ASIN´s category.
Add Products via Upload > Download an Inventory File > Search tool / Product Classifier and choose the category of the product that you want to update.
Fill out the template with the information found in the edit page.
Make and Update on Salesforce with the Batch ID, File uploaded.
Upload the Category Specific Flat File with “Update” in the Update/Delete column. (See SOP “How to create a Flat File”)
Make sure the upload was processed without errors and confirm if the ASIN is Active
Considerations:
Leave the Edit tab open while working on the File, until you make sure that the ASIN is active, and all the information was correctly added
Request the category listings report of the account in question (Check the SOP Category Listing Report and Back Ups)
Check the SOP “How to Upload or Update Images using a Flat File”
For FBA items, do not enter “Quantity” on the product and make sure to add the Fulfillment ID to prevent errors or the ASIN becoming Fulfilled by Merchant
Delete and Relist
Before you proceed:
Always request the approval from the BM to Delete and Relist the item.
It is recommended to complete this step after a Full Update (in case it didn’t work).
Before deleting the listing, upload a full update to confirm there is no error that could be avoided when relisting the ASIN.
Use the Full update file that includes all the information to process the delete and relist.
Delete the listing by uploading the template with all the information using “Delete” in the Update/Delete column. (See SOP “How to create a Flat File”)
Once the Processing report is completed, make sure the listing is no longer under the Inventory Page
Since you already have the Flat File created from the Previous Update, proceed to upload the same file using “Update” in the Update/Delete column. (See SOP “How to create a Flat File”)
Review the Processing Report and the listing in the Inventory Page and Detail Page
The complete process might take up to 30 minutes
Create a Case to Selling Partner Support
If after deleting and relisting the item, you are unable to fix the ASIN. Please proceed to contact Amazon through a case.
Add the ASIN and the product SKU to the case and indicate there is a No Listing Exist/ Inactive ASIN that needs to be restored.
Set the case to PAA and wait for the resolution.
