Negative Reviews Extraction Process

Your Team Manager will be assigning brand/s that you will be handling for the negative reviews. Usually, the negative reviews were already compiled by either your Team Manager or your Teammate. If the data is not yet available or if your Team Manager instructed you to compile the reviews for the brand, here are the steps that you need to follow:

1. Open a blank Google spreadsheet using your 3-BG email

2. Follow the file format to be provided by your Team Manager

3. Extract all 1-3 stars negative reviews using Helium 10 from each product of your assigned brand

- Please make sure that your Helium 10 extension is enabled on your Google Chrome

- Once enabled, go to the ASIN link (product listing) and click on the Helium 10 extension

- Choose the Review Insights option; leave the dates blank so you will be able to download all the negative reviews since the product was first listed on Amazon. Then highlight the 1-3 stars in yellow and click on the extract reviews button. Please see image below:

- Helium 10 will then extract the data on a separate tab. Choose export reviews on the upper right hand corner of the page so the data will be converted into an excel file. Open the excel file and delete the columns Helpful, Images, Videos, and Style as they are not needed on your file.

4. Then, transfer the data on the corresponding columns on your Google spreadsheet such as Date of Review, Customer (Author), Verified, Review Title (Title), Review Text (Body), Rating, Link to review (URL), and ASINs (Variation).

FYI - All reviews with 1-3 stars are considered negative.
